Note that "child" means YOUR child, however old they happen to be. I work with 'children' in their teen years and older.
Get 8 sessions to use as you wish, sharing them between you and your child. Let's get you bothfeeling better.
You could each take 4 sessions or if you feel your child needs them more than you ... or you could use them more than your child ... then split them up in a way that works for you.
Decide as you go. It's entirely flexible.
Sessions will be between 1-1.5 hours, depending on need, your availability, and your child's capacity.
